What is Redo?
We now offer Redo for our customers!
Redo Package Protection & Free Returns offers just that - Package Protection and Free Returns! For any order, with a $3.99 add on, your package is insured for any delivery issues, including orders lost or damaged in transit, sent to the wrong address, or stolen upon delivery. Also included with this add-on is free returns for your order! The cost is the same, no matter how many items you order!
This add-on is optional, but we highly encourage customers to purchase with their order for the best customer experience! You can submit any lost in transit claim or return request through our portal HERE.

How do I add Redo to my order?
When you are at checkout, simply confirm that the "Package Protection & Free Returns" checkbox is selected. This will add Shipping Protection & Free Returns to your order and ensure that your purchase is protected from all events that are out of your control and you can return any items you are unhappy with.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit and I didn't purchase package protection?
Buffbunny Collection is not liable for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged without the purchase of package protection. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long will it take to get my replacement or refund if I utilize package protection?
Once our team has confirmed your Package Protection, your replacement will ship immediately. Standard shipping and processing times apply. If you are receiving a refund, please allow 3-5 business days from when your claim is approved for your refund to return to your payment method.
How long do I wait to submit a claim if I encounter an issue with my purchase?
- If you received a damaged product: You can submit a claim starting from 48 hours AFTER delivery. Please submit a claim through the link below within 15 days of receiving your package.
- If your package was marked as delivered but has not arrived (OR is stuck in transit with no updates): Please reach out to the shipping carrier and/or your local post office for more detailed information about delivery. If they do not have any info for you, and if you have still not received your package after 2 business days of it being marked as "delivered" or 15 days with no tracking updates, please submit a claim to the link provided below.
You must start a claim regarding this issue within 30 days of your package being marked as delivered (or the last tracking update).
