I don't see my points!Updated a year ago
You can view your rewards in two places:
1) Rewards History on the “rewards program” page
2) When checking out, there is a drop-down menu to select the use of your points based on how many you have at the time of the purchase
If you believe you are missing points, please note that points started accumulating upon your opt-in date (the start of the loyalty program, or when you signed up), to present. Points are not included from any purchases in 2023 prior to May 24th.
Also, please note that points do not show up in your account until after an order has been fulfilled. We appreciate your patience.
