Your birthday will not generate points in our system until 30 days after you input it. This is to prevent fraud. As such, you cannot get any points for your birthday unless it is 30+ days since you have entered it in the system. If you have input your birthday over 30 days ago and still aren't seeing your points, please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to look into it further.
