Shipping times fluctuate based on distance from our Canadian warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. Items are typically sent via Canada Post.
Local: 1–2-day shipping
Regional: 1–4-day shipping
International: 2–8-day shipping
All domestic orders over $165 CAD are eligible for free shipping.

How can I get a discount?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed our system does not allow us or you to change the items (size, color, style), add items, or remove select items. We can possibly cancel the entire order as long as it has not shipped out. Please ask for more help if you wish to cancel your order.

Please note, if we are unable to cancel the order, you are welcome to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please keep in mind, all sale items are final sale; no returns or exchanges.
